In a celebratory ribbon-cutting event, the team was joined by local officials to kick off construction of Falls Grove, in High Point.
“As part of our recently announced expansion efforts to the Triad, Falls Grove represents the official entry-point of PulteGroup to the Region. We will work tirelessly here and in future communities across the Triad to fulfill our company’s mission – To Build Incredible Places Where People Can Live Their Dreams,” said Robert Hillmann, Vice President of Operations at PulteGroup.
Falls Grove is the first of several new communities planned for the new market. First sales are anticipated for mid-2022.
“We are truly excited to bring more than 70 years of homebuilding experience to the Triad Region and look forward to serving all consumer segments ranging from first-time buyer, to move-up, to active adult,” Hillmann concluded.
