The Ohio team teamed up with Military Warriors to present U.S. Army Spc Daus Hempker and his fiancée, Jessie Alianiello, a mortgage free home in honor of Daus Hempker’s years of service. The couple and their rescue dog, Alala have been through a lot together. The team left notes of love from their pets to Alala thanking her for keeping Daus safe during the hardships of his life.

They were chosen to receive a brand-new mortgage-free home in Land O’Lakes, Florida, donated by PulteGroup through the company’s Built to Honor program in partnership with nonprofit Operation FINALLY HOME. Retired U.S. Army Sergeant Javier Torres was severely injured while deployed in Afghanistan in 2004.
