In the first video, we sit down with Rebecca Lundberg, newly named Arizona Division President! While Rebecca never planned to work for a homebuilder, she was recruited right out of college to join PulteGroup as a sales consultant. She got her real estate license, leapt right in, and hasn’t looked back since. She provides some valuable – and maybe counterintuitive – advice about how to climb the corporate ladder. Hint: it’s not always by moving up.
