Greyhawk Team Makes “the Most Favorable Impression” with Homeowners

I did not reply to the “15 Questions about our New Home Closing”. Unfortunately due to the response time allowed my response ability has expired. I would like to make a couple of positive responses.

  1. We did not attend the closing. In fact, we saw the bare lot last spring, decided on the Pinnacle, and relied 100% on our field manager, Mr. Mark Stuckey. It was only two weeks ago that we flew down from Minnesota to view the home. Mr. Stuckey was out for the birth of his new son. Our trip was not announced. We arrived with a tooth brush, and a mattress was delivered the following day. Field Manager Doug was in the area and assisted us with turning the water on. Doug offered to spend time with us, but since Doug was handling both job responsibilities, I said that we were fine and flying out two days later.
  2. Mark has been terrific in regard to keeping us informed. He is very responsive. Mark sent us pictures as the home was being built, numerous telephone calls, and a truly supportive person. Pulte Homes is very fortunate to have a person with such excellent customer support. I have spoken with Mark and we will be receiving our one-on-one walk through questions & answer tour in November.
  3. We also received calls from Drew during the building process. So the bottom line is that your Field Managers (Mark & Doug) lead by Drew do an outstanding job! I might mention that Mark, Doug, and Drew leave with us the most favorable impression in regard to the Pulte Homes employees.
